This episode's questions:

1. I’ve recently moved to a new station and my normal transport time has gone from a minimum of 20-30 minutes to the hospital, down to 5-10 minutes maybe 30 if we go to the city. How do you differentiate what needs to be done on scene as opposed to just loading and getting to the hospital in situations where your transports are so short?

2. Has the word “uncomfortable” become a way to escape things we don’t want to do?

3. What do you look for in a new employee?

4. Unless needed for a paramedic course, are paramedic textbooks a thing of the past given the availability of information online?
